Talking Really Helps’ suicide prevention We are asking for your support to amplify the Public Health Agency ‘Talking Really Helps’ suicide prevention mass media campaign, which will run from November 2025 to March 2026. At AWARE NI we are committed to providing free mental health support groups all year round including the festive period when feelings of anxiety, loneliness, stress, and isolation can intensify. NI Mental health survey 2023-24 A large-scale representative sample of the Northern Ireland general population completed the 2024/25 Mental Health Survey, providing important insights into their attitudes and behaviours relating to mental health and suicide. Suicide prevention training for young women and girls PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide is pleased to deliver SPOT (Suicide Prevention Overview Tutorial) and SPEAK (Suicide Prevention Explore, Ask, Keep-Safe) suicide prevention training courses, supported by the Public Health Agency through the Clear Project, and in partnership with Girl guiding Ulster.
